Post-globalization scenario is witnessing drastic changes in legal work. Those being educated for the civil service, for legal work, or for corporate and political leadership are frequently confronted with more complex regulatory framework, transcending jurisdictions. However, law is being taught and understood everywhere as a national subject. The present environment requires individuals who think differently and have been trained differently. For such a new breed of social engineers, a more globalized form of legal education is indispensable.
